This book is a wonderful start to an exciting series! The characters were so full and fun, and I was on the edge
of my seat from the very beginning. What a clever way to start a
relationship between the 2 main characters. I have never read a book
with this kind of beginning, and I must say that I absolutely love how
truly evil the villain is in this book. She's an OMG Villain and it's
so much fun to hate her. The writing was very good, the story has an
excellent flow, and it was easy to read. There are no moments that you
think...hmmm...did I miss something, no, this book is written so well
that everything meshes together very nicely.
I do look forward to seeing more of the family, they are just a hoot and I'm sure are going to be such a handful going forward. The lead-ins to follow up books were excellent, and I am truly intrigued to see how it all plays out.
